Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The IdeaPad appeared to be just what I was looking for and on sale at the time but I stopped the purchase because the 365 program would not let the Geek Squad transfer files from my old computer to the new computer, so I never did get to touch the new computer and stopped the sale before carrying it out of the store. Th rate the computer would be inappropriate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend Great laptop for the price.

We bought this for our daughter who has just began her college journey. This laptop has everything that she needs. It provides ample storage and memory. We love this brand because of previous personal experiences at our places of employment. We are sold on Lenovo.

Mostly Good but with Poor Speakers

Also, purchasing this item at the BestBuy store was miserable.
