For the price, I was expecting something a bit more substantial, but it’s really small. The screen feels cramped, and even the keyboard layout is a bit tight and uncomfortable for long use. While it runs okay for light tasks like browsing or checking emails, it struggles when it comes to multitasking or running anything a bit heavier. It’s not completely terrible, but for what I paid, I expected more. If you're looking for something powerful or spacious, this probably isn’t it. It's more of a basic, backup device—not your main laptop. Definitely think twice before buying into the hype.

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

I wish I had gotten a bigger screen, but I have gotten use to this one. This replaced an all in one which has a very big screen. I am getting use to windows 11 which replaced windows 10 on my other computer. Yes I would recommend this computer for the value.

good for the price - soldered ram though

Good deal for the price certainly but without upgradable ram - only buy if you don't wish to upgrade. Pity as it takes up to 128 gigs by processor and chipset

The graphics are ok in that they will support lower end games but it's great for office apps and web browsing. I picked it up for my daughter to use for school work and she loves it.
