Once the laptop is restarted internet access reconnects. The issue started after the free return policy with Best Buy expired; otherwise, I would have returned the laptop. I am not happy that the model doesn't have USB for charging as I have another Lenovo that has USB charge port so I wouldn't have to worry about forgetting a charger, but that was my mistake as I reviewed multiple laptops prior to purchasing and had models confused.

I had asked the salesperson if office products were already loaded/licensed on it or needed to be purchased separately. She said everything was on it but it is not still needed to purchase license to use excel and word

Regarding the battery life—there are many variables that contribute to shorter battery life. Thankfully, many of those variables can be adjusted. By default, the system will tend to give more speed when needed, which can sacrifice battery life. If you want to squeeze out more battery life, we recommend utilizing the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power). You can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both worlds.

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. No Battery Life

I’ll charge it for hours, and then after a half hour of using the laptop, the low battery notification already pops up! Do not recommend this product as there are certainly options with better battery life.
