Firstly, ensure your device is up to date on all available drivers updates through Lenovo Vantage and Windows Update Settings, this can improve device performance by allowing your system to use the latest software revisions. An update was loaded in and now the computer is locked up. Tried many ways to get on but microsoft won't cooperate. Now have to wait a week to have geek squad look at it.
