To start with your note on battery life, there are many variables that contribute to shorter battery life. Thankfully, many of those variables can be adjusted. By default, the system will tend to give more speed when needed, which can sacrifice battery life. If you want to squeeze out more battery life, we recommend utilizing the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power). You can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both worlds.

Even though the specs looked good on paper, the performance just didn’t live up to expectations. The graphics driver kept malfunctioning, which made my work really frustrating. In the end, I had to return it and went with a MacBook Air M4 instead.

Defected power adaptor

Please use the power cord that came with the shippment. I did use the power adaptor from the shippment. So I went to the store to exchange for a new one.

To start, since we do not know which troubleshooting steps you've attempted, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, applying all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, and ensure that all updates are applied sucessfully, following on-scren instructions.
If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

Love this laptop! It was everything I needed.

It's fast, has plenty of RAM for my needs, handles The Sims 4 and OSRS well, and has a great battery life, easily lasting several hours on normal browsing and streaming use. Only drawback not really worth mentioning is it was tricky trying to find a good color balance, and I wish Lenovo had a button on the keyboard to quickly turn off the touchpad instead of having to go through Settings.

Good Laptop

Screen is big not great but decent picture. Off center track pad takes some getting used to if used to not using one with it. Overall a good laptop, maybe not for the price but on sale very good.

So far, I've used it for light work on the internet. It starts up fast, has a responsive keyboard, and I love the number pad! It runs multiple pages and open tabs, and goes between tasks quick and seemlessly. For my uses, it's speedy and sufficient! The only reason I'm taking a star off is becuse the display is lackluster. The screen and colors appear dull and not sharp. I can always hook it up to my external monitor if it really bothers me. The laptop is light, starts up fast, and works on tasks quickly.
