I love the size and weight, not to mention the speed is more than adequate. I also thought the price was reasonable for what was offered. I received nice customer service in Emeryville, CA.

The AMD processor and integrated graphics paired with 16gb of RAM is able to handle most things the average consumer will thorw at it. I've used it for streaming nad even some gaming. Flawless.

Only disadvantage, looks kind of old, compared to laptops in this generation, in my opinion. BUT totally worth it if you're looking for a budget friendly laptop, and speed.

Does everything I need-email, internet searches, purchasing on net, etc. Not a gamer so can't judge that. Getting used to touch screen since this replaced a desktop. Is fast enough for me and automatically moved information from old computer to this one.

Great choice

It's just what I needed for grad school. It's not bulky but the screen is big enough to be able to actually see what you are doing. The touch screen is very responsive. It does only have 16GB of memory but I bought this specifically for my coursework so it is perfect for my needs.

The graphics are nice and the speed is great as well! I also love that it comes with its own built-in camera cover as I had purchased the sticky ones in the past for my other laptops

Lack of IR camera for face recognition

It does not specify that the camera does not work for the signing option because of a lack of IR. I wish it said that. I do use the camera for password protection for several things. The green touch works fine. It does not overheat. The fan is not loud at all. It does not slow down. Battery can last quite a bit. There’s really no issues with this one, except the screen can look slightly foggy because of the matte screen, and that it’s not too bright. So if you like really bright screens, this is definitely not for you. My big issue is with the camera, there are some software i use that require face recognition, and it just does not work. Please specify this on the specs!!!
