We bought this computer for my son to do his college online classes with. We are very pleased with this computer for storage, price, ease of set up, speed, and weight.

I use this laptop for a little bit of everything. Daily usage of the internet, video streaming/video editing, and some league of legends/call of duty game play here and there. For the most part, I didn't need anything over the top and this fits the bill for me, especially at the price range. Will buy again

I havent had this laptop for very long. But I have to say its pretty sharp. Its not to heavy and charges up quickly. A lot faster than others I've used. Its done everywhere I need so far. The work speed is very good. Overall I think its a great little machine. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality affordable laptop.

This laptop is amazing. I was honestly a bit skeptical because I have been brought up that the more it has, the more that can break. As that is still true, the touch screen is smooth and works great. I don't have anything to compare to it though. I love the memory and the medium sized screen. The entire computer itself hasn't ceased to amaze me.

This is the first laptop I've ever purchased. And the first computer I've purchased in over a decade. It seems like a decent computer for what I paid. ($400) It runs age of empires just fine. I can watch videos, edit images and make graphic art. It has a touch screen also. Only knock I give this is that my Google Pixel 10 pro has better speaker sound than this laptop. Audio is totally crap. Also the build quality is kinda cheap feeling to me. The plastic flexes pretty easily. But it's light weight and I'd rather plastic bend than break. Overall I'll keep it at 5stars because I know I wasn't buying top of the line. It fits my needs just fine.

Nice product. Fast. Keyboard slightly off center. Taking some getting used to vs my old HP laptop. Bought 2, 1 in use so far. Configuring the other. Needed Win 11 as Win 10 now out of support. Different look and feel to Win 11, also some getting used to. Touch screen is a nice option.

This laptop is perfect for my needs. Speed is great, screen is sharp and clear. It is easy to use. I am retired and like playing an occasional game on it. I have also made birthday cards with it. I did a lot of research before purchasing this laptop and it is exactly what i wanted and needed.

I purchased this laptop to upgrade my existing computer and the performance is highly better. I was looking for speed, graphics performance, and reliability and this computer helped me to achieve a great result while designing ad flyers and web pages. Definitely a 5 star review

As far as my in-store service at the store in Dover Delaware, the associate Sal, was very good. I spent a good half hour 45 minutes talking to him about various laptops and what I wanted to do and what I would need to do it well. I can't say enough good things about him. Additionally, I had accrued quite a few points, and was able to redeem them all in the purchase of this laptop which was a real good Plus. The staff also showed me how I could earn more points for future purchases, without spending more money. As far as the laptop itself, this is quite a upgrade from the small 3-year-old Chromebook I had been using. Touch screen is quite nice, the laptop starts quickly, and the process of moving everything from both my PC and my Chromebook was straightforward and relatively easy. I pretty much use this in it home office type setting, word processing, some Excel work, and I'm going to start using it for photo editing. Nothing too serious. All in all the experience was a 10, and so far the laptop is a 10 also.
