This laptop performs well on any office task. Big screen, which is a big plus. It's not for gaming, keep that in mind.

I’m pleased with the laptop, but had info from my old laptop transferred over. When I went to pick up-the Gerk squad went over it very quickly-asked if I had questions-just how to turn on and had him put in my AOL account. Well now-I wam finding so many problems that weren’t explained-now I have to schedule an appointment to get my problems cleared up. Not happy right now

This is a great value laptop. Yes, it is understood that many of the parts are plastic; however, this makes a perfect Christmas gift for a younger person such as my granddaughter. Performance speed and layout do not suffer in this model.

Love it! The startup speed is excellent - processing times when running apps are great. I'm also loving how light-weight it feels, especially with having a larger screen.

The ease of transferring from one computer to the next. The ability to work on home computer and pick up on the laptop is so nice. Works fast enough for my needs.

this computer does everything I need one to do. Very affordable had a lenovo previously lasted from2017 to this year finally had to replace it. If this one lasts that long Ill be happy.
