Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For what this computer offers I think the value is really good. 16gb of ram and a 512ssd paired with a ryzen 7 processor and touchscreen for 400 bucks seems like a great deal to me. I haven't used it alot because I mainly use my work computer for work and school stuff but from the times I have used it, the screen is bright the computer is snappy and responsive and I haven't had any issues yet.

It was determined my laptop was not salvageable. I ended up buying a Lenovo Touchscreen Laptop and love it!! I got a great deal on it since it was Cyber Monday. The Geek Squad-Roland and his colleagues were informative, helpful and proficient.

Great buy for a profession where clients need to sign multiple documents in each sitting. The battery seems to be draining quicker than my chromebook but this could be user error and it moght be an easy fix

Thankfully, many of those variables can be adjusted. By default, the system will tend to give more speed when needed, which can sacrifice battery life. If you want to squeeze out more battery life, we recommend utilizing the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power). You can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both worlds.

I caught it on sale for $499 which makes me even happier about this purchase but overall we are very pleased!

A professional's laptop
