Sale price was great… Geek Squad very helpful connecting me with the right replacement. I’m a senior lady with not much tech experience..after purchasing the new laptop they helped transfer all my files and patiently walked me through how things worked.. Plan to be back when IPhone and IPad needs replacing..

I have switched from Mac to this and the learning curve has been made easy. It is light and quiet and works well for what I need it for. The Laptop is working fine for now. I had one Lenovo Idea pad before and it's hinges came out, need to see whether Lenovo has fixed the flaw with newer version or not. Will wait to see after few more months of usage.
