This is a good first computer for a teen

Top-notch Laptop

I mainly bought it for college, but it's highly functional for other tasks as well. My only complaint is I wish the touchpad was more centered. Im right handed and I often right-click when I intend to left-click. No big issue though; just a minor adjustement on my part.

And it happened to be on sale. I got everything I wanted and needed at a $300 savings. Best Buy is no doubt top of the line in service and product availability.
