Excellent product but not what i was looking for

I had ordered it with the guide of one of the best buy agents online. I simply told what i was looking for and they helped me with some options. I ordered it at night and got it the next day. Unfortunately it was too big for what i wanted. I wanted soemthing to carry around in my bag but that was big so i returned it the folllwing day. It was pretty smooth process and i got my refund within the folllwing days

While I would not want to play graphic intensive games on it, for email, spreadsheets and documents, it is fine. Be aware that you cannot upgrade the RAM. 16GB are sufficient to run Windows 11 and MS Office 24.

Decent value laptop.

(Prolly a setup thing. Will take it into the store to get it fixed when I get a chance. Would like better performance from the USBC port. It's too slow to run a mouse properly and won't charge the laptop.

As for your concerns regarding your issue with the USB-C and the laptop recovering from sleep, we suggest that you check for software and drivers updates through Lenovo Vantage and Windows Update Settings. To check for updates in Lenovo Vantage, start by launching the Lenovo Vantage app and selecting the “Check for updates” button on the right-hand side of the homepage. To check for Windows Updates, start by launching the Settings app, then selecting the Windows Update tab on the left-hand side of the page, finally select the “Check for updates’ button located in the top right of the page. It is also advisable that you confirm that your mouse is USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 certified to ensure compatibility.
