This is a nice laptop if u are on a budget and has an amazing battery life, I’ve been using it for my school work and it works well, my only complaint is that it cannot run some games well but over all this is a good laptop and I would recommend to people.

Even though used, it looks and functions like brand new. Great option for a affordable laptop that you don't use for too much. Good for writing, watching videos, etc. Making documents and art.

For some reason when I right click for anything, none of the options come up. I have to go back to using combinations of CTRL or ALT and other keys.

Customer Service was perfect. Everything arrived on time

I purchased on 20 Jan with delivery scheduled for 2-3 days. It didn't arrive. I got an email with a notice "delayed, in the rare case it doesn't arrive by 5 Feb, we'll return your money and cancel your order". The computer arrived 26 Feb, money was charged. When I went to return it, I bought a different computer, I was drug through 45 minutes of why this happened and finally told I had to drive to the store to do a return. Not Happy

It’s not possible to review this item as both your shipping department and Bay Shore NY store failed spectacularly in getting this to my daughter for Christmas. Stalled somewhere in Pennsylvania and out of stock at my local Best Buy I was sent on a wild goose chase some 30 miles away only to be told that that particular store did not have my item in stock as well. Also was asked by the department manager if I had reached out to FedEx to see where my Christmas gift was? I didn’t recall purchasing the computer from FedEx. Lastly when it finally arrived on New Years Eve I had to return it as other arrangements were made, no apologies no offer of gift card or store credit for future use, just a hollow thank you.
