MISLEADING PRODUCT NAME (Do NOT make my mistake!)
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would never have bought this except that it has the EXACT SAME NAME and is very nearly the EXACT SAME MODEL as the 82XJ0000US which has a touch screen and far better color. The screen on this model (82JX004AUS) is possibly the worst laptop screen I've ever seen. It is incredibly washed out and no amount of changing the brightness and/or contrast can fix it. Spend the extra money and get the better version. BestBuy needs to better distinguish between the two models. Extremely unhappy customer.

Good laptop but flimsy

The IdeaPad Slim 3 Chromebook allows users to scroll up and down using 2 fingers on the touchpad. You can scroll down by swiping 2 fingers upwards on the touchpad, to scroll up swipe downwards using 2 fingers. Your Chromebook is also compatible with many computer mouses on the market so if you would prefer you can always use a traditional mouse as well. Stopped working, Best Buy no help

Took it back to Best Buy, they sent it off and said the battery was loose inside. We received it back in February and after using it twice, it stopped working again. Took it back to Best Buy a second time and they want to charge us $84.99 to send it off even though they supposedly fixed it two weeks ago. Very disappointed!
