I wish it was a bit lighter because she is small and has a lot to carry but its definitely great quality. You can feel the excellent quality when you hold it.

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I always buy Best Buy, but my experience with this Chromebook, has tarnished by longtimem loyalty.....one day, I touched the screen and the screen went black and then lines and discoloration appeared. It was wild. I took it down to Best Buy because it was still under warranty. The store then informed me I had to take it up with Lenovo. Lenovo refused to honor the warranty, saying I must have done something to break the screen even though I sent them photos showing there wasn't a mark on the Chromebook and that I kept it at my desk (I'm a reporter) and I have one for travel and one for desk -- this one never traveled. It's in perfect condition except for the clearly defective screen. I will not be buying Lenovo again.

Usually buy Asus or Acer, but tried this Lenovo because it was on sale & had the specs I wanted. Couldn't be more happy.

It is easy to navigate and screen is clear. Speaker volume could go up higher but we use Bluetooth speakers and works well!

Great display quality. Sound is medium quality. Purchased 2 at a great price, but would probably not purchase again. The freezing, requiring restarting, is a real drawback. It causes me to wonder how long they will last.
