This computer is lightweight and easy to take in the go. The touchscreen feature is a great upgrade if you are looking for something other than a tablet.

Just the right size for me. I love it very easy for me to use as I’m not very text savvy but learning and I needed something bigger than my phone to take my tests on for work.

The laptop is good it’s very slim and works perfectly for school. However, if you want to download heavier documents like a video game software is will not let you.

Works great! My daughter has downloaded over 100 games on it and it hasnt slowed down one bit!

While the price on this thing is fantastic, The CPU and 4GB of RAM struggle to keep up if you have more than a handful of tabs open, or are running anything a bit more demanding like 3D modeling web apps or even Google Chat. The touchscreen is solid and looks good. The keyboard is usable, albeit a bit louder than my old Asus C433. Speakers are decent. Trackpad could be bigger and a bit smoother, but it's not horrible. The main issue is that in the 4-5 days I owned it, it would grind to a halt about once or twice a day. If you open one tab at a time, this will be just fine. If you're like me where you keep lots of tabs open at once so you can bounce back to previous tasks, I'd spend a bit more money on something with 8GB of RAM. Unfortunately I am going to have to return it.

Laptop was purchased for online study purposes for work. It was extremely easy to setup and navigate. The battery life is better than I expected. The price was great. Overall it is perfect for what I need.

I went to Best Buy on Black Friday so of course they were really busy however I still received excellent customer service my sales rep ensued I received what I needed asking all the right questions to ensure this would be the best product for me. I always receive excellent customer service. I am also very happy with the products I purchase fro Best Buy, I purchased my 1st flat screen 60inches Black Friday 2011 the year I lost my dad 4/19/11, my husband of 20yrs 7/31/11 & my mother 8/24/11 and it is still working just fine same store NorthLake. Customer Service is not what it use to be so Thank You!

Great Chromebook and my second Lenovo. Love the ease of use and the Touchscreen is an added bonus.

It's an alright device. Just needed something for things that can't do on the phone so figured I would give the Chromebook a try. It is pretty quick but its not a regular computer so it wont do everything as one but it works for me.
