If you are using it for minimal things such as writing through Google Docs or minimal web surfing, I definitely recommend this.

I always receive excellent customer service. I am also very happy with the products I purchase fro Best Buy, I purchased my 1st flat screen 60inches Black Friday 2011 the year I lost my dad 4/19/11, my husband of 20yrs 7/31/11 & my mother 8/24/11 and it is still working just fine same store NorthLake. Customer Service is not what it use to be so Thank You!

Terrible customer service
