One problem, however, is that the free security software included can't be downloaded to the Chromebook because he has a different email address than the one (mine) that was used to purchase the Chromebook from Best Buy online.

Bought one before and it work great for my son he dropped the old one and cracked because of where it hit at but still work and the although screen still work too

My elementary age son absolutely loves the touch screen feature. The speakers are nice and loud so no struggling to hear his lessons. Great little computer.

A good Chromebook that's great.

You have access to Slides, Sheets, Docs, Gmail, and a bunch of other apps for free. That other company needs to get a clue from this and quit holding us hostage.

The camera takes ok pictures. I love the touchscreen even though sometimes I forget its an option. Overall great laptop i would buy again and I do recommend.
