To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software installed on your Chromebook under Settings > About ChromeOS > Check for updates. Also, try doing a hardware reset (visit the following link to learn how to do so: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/3227606?hl=en&sjid=11168473644130281663-NA), which reboots the embedded controller that manages various system components. This can also help correct functionality issues.

I think for the price it’s good but I expected a little better. The quality is amazing, the battery life is superb but the computer as a whole makes school not as easy as I needed it to. Sometimes it runs a little slow, I’ll click something and have to wait for it to load but that’s not an everyday issue. Just every once in a while.

Great choice for daily use

I figured a Chromebook would fit the bill. After researching and reading several reviews I decided to purchase this laptop. She's loved using it so far. She really like the color. It's also fairly lightweight and the Google OS is easy to use and navigate. For her daily usage, it was a great choice.

Has nice filter color! The Package was not beaten up. It was well taken care. This is why I like buying off best buy. They have good offers!

Chromebook for a 2nd grader
