I needed a laptop for school. It is touchscreen. Sometimes I have to restart when it acts up, but other than that it give me no problems. I can do my homework, pay bills, and do anything else I need to do on it.

Touchpad is less than expected (as with every one I've used) for selecting and scrolling in the "alt"or right click menu. I have always missed scroll wheels next to the pads.

She has one like it at school and needed to be more familiar with it. It seems to work good now that we have it connected to the internet. It was a bit of a challenge to get it connected to our Wi-Fi.

This is my first Lenovo and first Chromebook. I only needed internet access and some Google tools. Everything works well and performs as expected. I think the value is what mostly surprises me, in a good way. It feels high quality and sturdy, especially given the price point. The settings are somewhat limited and there is no delete key, but that is about all I can think of to improve it.
