    Glitchy, issues with mouse and touch pad

    Had issues with mouse pad and with external mouse. Jumped between open windows randomly. Exchanged it thinking maybe it was just this Chromebook and same thing happened with the new one.

    My biggest mistake to b up it for my kids. Can’t login anything. Not able to open any page even not my gmail. If i have a option to give a - rating i will give 0/100. Never recommended to anyone . Total junk. Pls don’t waste your money buy a refurbish or used better quality laptop.

    Worst service ever! I needed a power cord and sales person neglected to tell me. I asked if it had a mouse and it did not so I bought one. Two trips back to store and still got wrong power cord! I’ll never use them again

    I bought this and returned it. It just felt cheap and junky. I guess you get what you pay for. I ended up just getting a regular laptop

    well made and nice looking device but so slow. I returned this machine and bought another lenovo with windows version.

    Constantly freezes, very disappointed because the reviews were good. Based on the specs this should not be happening.

    I didn't like this chromebook. Brought it back for a different laptop. Sound is horrible and screen quality is not that great.

    I would have yo say that if you are looking fo a chrombook even for basic functionality, i wiuldnt pick this one. This chromebook is very lightweight but very slow... VERY slow. My playstore did not open for 4 hr of loading.

    I recieved a USED computer that was still logged into someones account that was also in a different language. I could not use this product at all. Fasted return I have ever done. I wish I could give 0 stars.
