I always receive excellent customer service. I am also very happy with the products I purchase fro Best Buy, I purchased my 1st flat screen 60inches Black Friday 2011 the year I lost my dad 4/19/11, my husband of 20yrs 7/31/11 & my mother 8/24/11 and it is still working just fine same store NorthLake. Customer Service is not what it use to be so Thank You!

I was able to snag this laptop at about $170 on sale. It runs great for the type of specs. Nothing too fancy, its a Chromebook. I am able to do easy internet things such as emails and surfing the web. I also play music and videos frequently. The audio is not the best but it gets you by. Great eay to learn the ins and outs of a Chromebook without spending too much.
