I bought this for my 13yr old granddaughter. I haven't heard any complaints abd she's used it daily for a week now.

convenient for my email and communication needs with excellent sound and feel. You Tube is a must for music listeners and info.

Bought this laptop in September and was told that it would work for my college classes and I could stay within my price budget. I just started classes and it unfortunately does not have the capacity to handle the work that I need to do. I went to Best Buy to buy another computer that I would be sure would work and was told I could trade this one in to lower the price of the new computer which was almost one thousand dollars. When I brought the Lenovo in I was told it has zero trade in value after being in perfect condition and only used a few times. Best Buy is still selling this computer for over three hundred dollars but is claiming it has no value. How does a three hundred and twenty dollar computer equate to a zero dollar value in 4 months when they are still selling it?

This chromebook by Lenovo answers all my needs..... alot of computer for the money.

So far this has been a great laptop for my teenage daughter. She is able to use her drawing app on it which is great.

I was not happy with this purchase, and I returned it days later. 1st off the letter S came loose, next I could not download much. I loved the touch screen and initially was very glad to have a Lenovo. But found that machine couldn’t do a lot of things that I needed it to do. I erased my personal information and returned it. Maybe I’ll try another Lenovo at a later time.

I couldnt stream a movie because i needed to buy an adapter to fit my tv... Its alittle outdated ut works well

Battery won't charge after 4 months. I took this to a friend in the Dominican Republic and it will no longer charge. The local store wanted $300 to replace the battery!

It's ok. I probably wouldn't buy it again but it's fine. My old one had more ram and was much smoother, but I do tend to have a lot of windows open. The Display is a little dark but not bad.

Laptop replacement for my spouse. She likes this product very much. It meets her needs and the color is eye catching!

Sound is terrible. Better have good hearing. Is very unstable. Curser will go flashing and disappear. Have to restart it. Was going to return, but am laid up with a pinch nerve in my back. Cannot type faster than 2 letters per second.

A great computer for the price. Reliable and good for basic home or work needs.

Gift for the wife. Works well for her needs. Not a heavy user but prefers the larger display for online shopping.

I got this as a Christmas present for my 10-year-old daughter. We signed in with a new Google account for her and spent time figuring out an email and password. Then every time she wanted to get on the Chromebook, it had her sign in, but then said that her account wasn’t working. After several attempts, I needed to delete that account and redo the whole set up. And the next day it still didn’t work. It has been nothing but a hassle to try and get working.
