What's not to like: a friendly way to navigate: a keyboard where you actually can see the letters and numbers, the resolution crispy clear, and the sound (unlike HP laptops) which I have and I hate it, the speakers on the front and NOT underneath. This Chromebook has been wonderful!! As a homeschool mom with multiple children, I needed a user-friendly, easy to set up computer for each of my kids’ online school programs, and this has been perfect. I set up all three computers quickly, and my children have been able to navigate very easily. Now I want one for myself!

Very nice Chromebook. We have purchased 9 of these units for a business and they are holding up well. They are thin and lightweight. The touchscreen makes it easy to use for someone that is used to a tablet. I recommend this product.

I've been using this laptop for a month now and I love it. Touch screen works great. The display is crisp. I have had minimal problems web surfing, watching YouTube videos, email etc. I am not a gamer so I can't answer how it performs in that capacity. Several Chrome OS updates have been installed without issues. If I had it to do over again though, I probably spring for 8 gig of RAM

I bought three chrimebooks for my kids and they love it. The touch screen feature is their favorite. I would highly recommend this for high school and college students.

This is a very good laptop. I looked for a long time, then seen this on sale and noticed it was made very well, no plastic. Also liked the features, liked the color of the screen. Also, customer service is like no other. Best buy takes good care of their customers, which in today's world, seems that no one really cares or understands how important this is.

You really get so many features that I never had with my other computers I love the fact that it’s touchscreen and it’s very fast and reliable for my schoolwork for its price!

I'm Very pleased --does everything I expected and more. I purchased in August but wasn't able to set it up and use it until Nov. 15th and have used it everyday since with no issues. I would highly recommend it.

I was so happy to start work with my new computer. Its everything I needed. I love it and I am so glad I picked the touchscreen.

Great chromebook never had one and when i purchased it , i wasnt to sure about it but now that i've had a chance to use it, it is even better than i thought.

Display is touch screen and is bright with good resolution; connections and speed are satisfactory; ergonomics are good and battery life is very good. Can't go wrong with this considering the modest price.

I am thrilled what my new computer from best buys the performance is excellent the setup was seamless and the staff provided fantastic service throughout my order.

If you are only using this for internet browsing, Google docs, sheets, slides, etc., then this is a fantastic buy. Battery lasts 10 hours with the screen moderately bright. Do not expect multiple desktops and many windows from this. Limit the locally downloaded files since it is only 64gb.

Amazing laptop, use it for work or sometimes even play some less demanding games & it runs amazing with no problems!!
