light and east to use

I used ut as my bigger phone like why people buy tablet in the first place. I recommend it to my senior citizen friend. When I asked her where it is, she said the son got it as soon as he seen it

Pefect for my 6th grader

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My son’s school all but requires a computer and in a last minute frenzy I landed on this (long story, but it was a charter school lottery and he moved up the waitlist the LAST WEEK before school started). It’s perfect for his needs to connect to Google Classroom and school email, take notes, conduct research, watch videos, create presentations and reports. I was able to setup parental controls including screen limits, safe searching, permissions for app store downloads and more. The battery life on it is great, too. If he was going into 9th grade I would have made a different choice and purchased something with more power and more versatility, but this fits the bill!

Good Chromebook for the price

I was surprised when I got it that the power cord that came i the box was broken and it took me various attempts with Best Buy to get it replaced. Once repolaced I charged it and started using it and I love it!!!!

Since it is only used for streaming and internet, it was perfect. I did notice that Chromebooks last as long as cellphones these days as my last one only lasted approximately 3 years. To soften the cost, I found this specific Chromebook as an Open Box item. Make sure to check these items as the discount may be worth it! This was discounted about $100 and was described to have "minor scratches." I could not find these scratches but most of all, the device works well. Setup was also extremely easy.
