Excellent customer service I work in a place to where customer service is important and Best Buy had that down packed. It also was my first time in Best Buy.

Very satisfied with my first Chromebook

It's really all I need for social media, online shopping, etc. The battery lasts a long time and charges very quickly. I have been VERY happy with Best Buy during this purchase after a horrible experience with Amazon. I will be ordering all my future electronics and anything else I can from Best Buy. Fast shipping and they keep you updated so well on your order.
