I use it through my WiFi and it’s pretty good. I recommend for home use if your using it for business purposes i would recommend maybe something else. Otherwise it’s a good laptop.

One problem, however, is that the free security software included can't be downloaded to the Chromebook because he has a different email address than the one (mine) that was used to purchase the Chromebook from Best Buy online.

It's a bit slow, so I had to regularly clear up space on my drive. Again, that system worked for what I was using it for then. However, if you need anything beyond email, virtual appointments (with plenty of patience due to lag), music, or the occasional Google spreadsheet, this is not what you are looking for.

My elementary age son absolutely loves the touch screen feature. The speakers are nice and loud so no struggling to hear his lessons. Great little computer.
