    Processor seems slow. Freezes up often and has to be restarted. Overall not bad for the price

    Unit is fairly simple to use. Touch screen is not as sensitive and will most likely be the first thing to fail due to excessive touching.

    I bought this Laptop the Caps Lock key is not working, I can't enter the Wi-Fi password, and I can't connect to Wi-Fi.

      To start, since this Chromebook doesn't feature a caps lock key, to enable caps lock, press the search key (magnifying glass / circle) and Alt key, then press it again to turn off caps look. You can also press shift to quickly toggle capital letters or alternate symbols.

    the volume is very low - could not upload my resume when trying to - the free webroot wouldn't download so I got to buy one and see if it will down load

    i do not like the laptop , i purchased it for school however the laptop is not compatible. i would honestly like my money back you can’t do anything on this laptop

    I thought this was a PC and that it would use Microsoft Products. If I can trade it in for a laptop PC I would do it in a heartbeat.

    Don't get it, super slow and crashes

    This is so excruciatingly slow. It also randomly shuts down when Im working on it which is very disappointing since I bought it a month ago. The keyboard also sucks: it's so difficult and cumbersome to type. I would not recommend it if you want to easily browse or stream anything. Save your money, this is overpriced trash.

    Lots of glitches

    I’m not sure if we received a glitched computer but brand new outdoor the box it has lots of “quirks”. When trying to type it moves lines. When trying to click on things the mouse jolts across the screen. If I had a do over I’d go with different brand.

    Not as good as HP - freezes often.

    I bought this a month ago after my HP Chromebook got the "black screen of death" after 4 years. Not happy with the purchase. I usually have about 6 tabs open, and if I open a recipe for example that has graphics in it, it freezes the other tabs. Not a good value.
