    It’s a chrome book but was so bad that it couldn’t even handle a google meets meeting without it crashing on me no less than 30 min after opening it.

    Everything in me wants to say “This is a piece of trash”…but I’ll play nice. Lol In 3 week’s time the laptop literally malfunctioned and would not charge. Hard to find anything these days that is affordable and lasts! Never again!

    This is my first chromebook after using windows since it came out, maybe its just me but im not impressed with the operating system, to be honest it seems nice but i cant download alot of apps i need which was the sole purpose i bought it, guess i shouldve done more resesrch but i figured something as popular as chromebook would have more support, if you like chromebooks, its definitely a good laptop for you. I will be switching it back for a windows laptop.

    I was going to return it before the 30 days and time got away from me. Now I deal when a few tabs are open, it stops responding and then goes black and back on again.

    Mic stopped working

    The mic already stopped worki g whoch is not a good thing because i needed this computer for my daughters online schooling. I did a factory reset to an still nothing

    My son was very excited to get his own computer to use for his school work but within 2 months the screen has began acting erratic and opens pages when it’s not even being touched.

    Glitchy, issues with mouse and touch pad

    Had issues with mouse pad and with external mouse. Jumped between open windows randomly. Exchanged it thinking maybe it was just this Chromebook and same thing happened with the new one.

    My biggest mistake to b up it for my kids. Can’t login anything. Not able to open any page even not my gmail. If i have a option to give a - rating i will give 0/100. Never recommended to anyone . Total junk. Pls don’t waste your money buy a refurbish or used better quality laptop.

    Worst service ever! I needed a power cord and sales person neglected to tell me. I asked if it had a mouse and it did not so I bought one. Two trips back to store and still got wrong power cord! I’ll never use them again
