    i do not like the laptop , i purchased it for school however the laptop is not compatible. i would honestly like my money back you can’t do anything on this laptop

    Not as good as HP - freezes often.

    I bought this a month ago after my HP Chromebook got the "black screen of death" after 4 years. Not happy with the purchase. I usually have about 6 tabs open, and if I open a recipe for example that has graphics in it, it freezes the other tabs. Not a good value.

    In the 6 months I’ve owned this laptop I’ve had problem after problem. I’ve had it in multiple times for warranty work. Most recently they replaced the motherboard, touchpad and USB ports. STILL DIDN’T FIX IT. Imagine my surprise after it was sent out of state for nearly two weeks and the number keys still don’t work which was my #1 issue when I took it in. Beyond disappointed. I’ll never own this brand again. Buy something else and save yourself the trouble.

    Bought in June. Now less than three months later the camera is not functioning correctly. Seems to be an internal hardware issue. It’s blocked out over three quarters of the screen and blurry the remainder. Have checked every possible solution. To no avail. Waste of money!

To try to resolve this, first, be sure the Privacy Shutter is completely open before trying to use the webcam or the webcam will not operate. There is a small slider, directly above the webcam lens. Move the tab to the right to open the Privacy Shutter. There is a red dot over the webcam lens that will disappear when the Privacy Shutter is fully open. This will indicate that the webcam is really to use. You can close the Privacy Shutter when you are done with the webcam for your security, by sliding the tab to the left to close the Privacy Shutter. The Red Dot will appear over the webcam lens when the Privacy Shutter is closed. If your camera is still not functional, we then recommend that you reach out to Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance. Lenovo

    Bad Charging Port

    This was a great little Chromebook. But once the warranty period expired, the USB-C charging port started acting up. I would have to position the cable connector just right before it would charge. It got progressively worse over time. After a few more months, it stopped charging. By wiggling the connector, I could get the charging light to come on briefly. But now nothing. Based on my research, this is a common issue with Lenovo laptops.

    This was a Christmas gift for my 13 year old niece. After one month of light use (Probably just Roblox TBH) the screen went black and it never came back on, no lights, no anything. Best Buy gave me the run around about a return, ended up letting me exchange it. **BUT** they were unable to exchange because the device they were going to ship to me was also defective before they even shipped it so they cancelled the exchange and claim to be issuing a refund when they receive the original one back. This thing is a piece of junk. Save your money and buy something better.

    I loved the overall idea of this model yet felt as if it was just a large android without the phone. I returned it for a Windows model and was much more pleased.

    Never buy Lenovo Chromebook ever. This is my second Chromebook that died in as many years. The first one died exactly a month after warranty expired. This second one is already giving speaker and audio problems within 6 weeks. Lenovo support and customer care is a joke and the worst possible team. Not at all easy reach them or get a straight answer. Got a techy friend to help me fix it. He helped me fix the issue in an hour for which Lenovo wanted me to wipe clean the Chromebook, share my Google password with them and ship it to them for 15+ days. Poorly made products that don't last at all. Save your money and sanity by not buying a Lenovo Chromebook
