    Worst experience ever! Bought Chrome book for $300 and 12 days later took my receipt in for a price adjustment as it was marked down to $200. I was told no price adjustment was possible. So I bought a new one for $200 and was in my return window for the $300 purchase so I planned on returning that one the next day but forgot and now I’m outside the return window. So now I have 2 laptops just because I couldn’t get a price adjustment.

    This chromebook is slow. I have owned plenty of Chromebooks in my day. This one is by far the worst!

    Was very slow and i couldn't do the tasks i wanted to on this because it was compatible with the programs. But I guess that's what you get for the price

    Freezes up no power button. The mouse button is insanely loud. I wish i returned it within the return window. Light basic use for emails and such started freezing up right after return window. Normally lenovo is good. Must be shrinkflation.

    poor mouse/cursor operation. cursor disappears for a while then returns. address bar typing is slow to fill as typed screen is nice, tho. the worst Chromebook I have ever bought. probable 10 over the years.

    This is a base Chromebook that will not offer performance like extended Video playback or gaming. Basic web browsing only is the best use.

    I looked at the so called specifications on this and Best Buy says it has a fast processor (go look for yourself) it also says “it’s great for editing videos” But the lie detector determined that was a lie! It is slow man. Couldn’t even run YouTube at 2160 with a couple google tabs open. Anyway it was on sale for Black Friday I took it back.

    I ordered this package 3 × 2 times it didn't show app and the third time I had to go to the store and pick it up. And after calling your help desk, they basically told me too bad. Didn't offer a discount conversation, nothing.

    It’s a chrome book but was so bad that it couldn’t even handle a google meets meeting without it crashing on me no less than 30 min after opening it.

    Not at all happy with this purchase. It's slow and the touchscreen works intermittently. Would not recommend.

    Everything in me wants to say “This is a piece of trash”…but I’ll play nice. Lol In 3 week’s time the laptop literally malfunctioned and would not charge. Hard to find anything these days that is affordable and lasts! Never again!

    This is my first chromebook after using windows since it came out, maybe its just me but im not impressed with the operating system, to be honest it seems nice but i cant download alot of apps i need which was the sole purpose i bought it, guess i shouldve done more resesrch but i figured something as popular as chromebook would have more support, if you like chromebooks, its definitely a good laptop for you. I will be switching it back for a windows laptop.

    I was going to return it before the 30 days and time got away from me. Now I deal when a few tabs are open, it stops responding and then goes black and back on again.
