Great computer for school , touchscreen long lasting battery would recommend

I’ve had this Chromebook for about 3 weeks and it’s great. It’s does everything I need it to do without any issues. I love how light it is and I love the color. This is my 2nd Lenovo Chromebook. The first one I had for many years without any issues. I just replaced because it was old.

Tried purchasing a few computers on-line with little success. Both had to be returned. I hadn't considered Best Buy but I'm so glad I purchased the Lenova-Slim Chromebook. It works great and it takes care of all my computer needs.

I am often traveling and working remotely. I do not like worrying losing an expensive laptop , but I also want it to be new, well made, and run smoothly for basic email, surfing etc. This is my second chromebook and it fits my needs perfectly. The color is really nice to.

I needed an emergency laptop and the price was definitely right. Getting used to a Chromebook wasn’t so difficult. The biggest minus with this computer is its capacity- trying to play music on Spotify and do anything else, for example, just freezes it. So if you just need it for basic work and are willing to save everything in the cloud, it is worth it.

Yes, the Lenovo Slim 3 is a beautiful Chromebook. And when I unboxed it and started using it about 2 and a half months ago, I was very impressed. So what happened that I now rate my beautiful Slim 3 only 2 stars? Chrome OS 118 happened! Originally, when I started using it, the Slim 3 was using Chrome OS 117. But right after it upgraded to Chrome OS 118, Android apps broke. Apps important to me that I've been using for months on Android 13 smartphones could not get the Slim 3's critical Battery level. And with help from the Chromebook Community, I know that's not true for other Chromebooks running Chrome OS 119 (which also has this problem for the Slim 3). Well, if upgrading the Chrome OS to version from 118 to 119 didn't solve the problem, maybe Chrome OS 120 will? -It doesn't look like it. I tried the Beta version of Chrome OS 120, and the problem remains for the hapless Lenovo Slim 3. My hope in joining Chromebook users with the purchase of my Lenovo Slim 3 was to get off the Android tablet treadmill, with the short manufacturer support periods of Android tablets. Now I've got a Chromebook alright, but one that does not appear to have its hardware fully supported by the Chromebook division of Google. So what will future Chrome OS updates break in the functionality of the Lenovo Slim 3 Chromebook? -Time will tell.

This laptop is amazing. I bought it for my daughter for school and for fun use, she loves it too. The battery also lasts a pretty long time.
