Not super fancy but gets the job done. Right price for the right product. Wasn't looking for all the bells and whistles that we never use and this fit the bill.

Great for the price

To try to remedy this, first, please look for any applicable updates in the “About ChromeOS” tab in system settings. After applying these updates, should your issue persist, we recommend trying to complete a powerwash or factory reset to see if this resolves the issue. After these steps, if this doesn’t resolve things, we recommend reaching out to Lenovo Tech Support for Chromebooks and providing a representative with details of your issue, so that they may help by providing a solution for you. Good budget machine, love the colour

It is definitely much better looking -- love the blue colour -- but the build quality and performance are essentially the same. The MediaTek Kompanio 500 Series processor was billed as "medium" vs the "budget" Intel Celeron on the Acer, but honestly I do not detect any difference. Also I will note that I have been getting irritating oop-up warnings about 1% battery life remaining, while the battery icon shows full (and I am plugged in). Have only had it for a couple days, but I will likely return.

Good product, good for price, next day pickup

Just what my daughter needed to do her online schoolwork. I love the keyboards on lenovo products. Best buy ususlly has the best price around on chromebooks/ laptops, and i was able to pick up next day..

The products are mediocre and discounts are not applied correctly and the hassle of returning and being charged nearly three times what I was supposed to pay because an employee was in a rush to leave for their date is unacceptable.

My son has also played roblox on it, works fine. Noticed when too many tabs are opened or doing too many things at once it would either freeze or lag. Sound quality is kinda horrible and low. Charges fast and screen resolution is not that bad.

It was wild. I took it down to Best Buy because it was still under warranty. The store then informed me I had to take it up with Lenovo. Lenovo refused to honor the warranty, saying I must have done something to break the screen even though I sent them photos showing there wasn't a mark on the Chromebook and that I kept it at my desk (I'm a reporter) and I have one for travel and one for desk -- this one never traveled. It's in perfect condition except for the clearly defective screen. I will not be buying Lenovo again.

He loves it! It does everything he needs it to do. Streaming, Internet, occasional docs, and blogging.
