Love this laptop not to big also touch screen! Easy to use

Love the laptop and its easy to use for the kids. Only problem is it locked me out and i had to factory reset it.

Great price for a touch screen Chromebook. Simple and easy to set up and use. My 12 year old son loves it.

I like the touchscreen, ease of use, price, how lightweight it is and how easy it was to set up.

The screen is very glossy and easy to see even in moderate sunlight. Keyboard is a breeze to type on. Everything worked fine right out of the box. Was planning on upgrading but did not need to after getting a fast external SSD HD for another TB of storage. Wouldn't mind seeing a Linus version in this form factor just to be able to run more non Chromebook apps and games. All in all a great bang for the buck.

overall, its a good working computer. I bought this for my own small business but it works slow to open websites or apps, no matter where or what internet connection. I love the touchscreen feature though.

I bought this Chromebook for my 9 year old grandson whom had no experience with these. He cried when he opened it for Christmas and that melted this Grandma's heart! He had asked for one several months ago without really knowing anything about them, but mentioned he wanted to do his math skills and AR reading tests and such on it, which they don't use in ND. He spent a week with us after Christmas and we were able to set it up easily with his school logins and such. What a very happy little boy! I allowed him a certain amount of time each day to do school work!

What's not to like: a friendly way to navigate: a keyboard where you actually can see the letters and numbers, the resolution crispy clear, and the sound (unlike HP laptops) which I have and I hate it, the speakers on the front and NOT underneath. Overall, a wonderful product, that puts HP to shame,

I bought this for my husband to replace his tablet and he loves it. I also bought one for myself and it is a nice small laptop - perfect for reading emails, online shopping, etc.

This is a very good laptop. I looked for a long time, then seen this on sale and noticed it was made very well, no plastic. Also liked the features, liked the color of the screen. Also, customer service is like no other. Best buy takes good care of their customers, which in today's world, seems that no one really cares or understands how important this is.

I used the refund from the purchase of the electronic paper weight that was the Apple ipad air towards this chromebook..so far this product appears to be a 10/10 ..so far...based on the last purchase im very guarded..if i didn't have to use my refund in-store i would not have so fingers crossed.

I bought three chrimebooks for my kids and they love it. The touch screen feature is their favorite. I would highly recommend this for high school and college students.

This Chromebook has been wonderful!! As a homeschool mom with multiple children, I needed a user-friendly, easy to set up computer for each of my kids’ online school programs, and this has been perfect. I set up all three computers quickly, and my children have been able to navigate very easily. Now I want one for myself!
