Terrible customer service

I love it very easy for me to use as I’m not very text savvy but learning and I needed something bigger than my phone to take my tests on for work.

If you are using it for minimal things such as writing through Google Docs or minimal web surfing, I definitely recommend this.

I always receive excellent customer service. I am also very happy with the products I purchase fro Best Buy, I purchased my 1st flat screen 60inches Black Friday 2011 the year I lost my dad 4/19/11, my husband of 20yrs 7/31/11 & my mother 8/24/11 and it is still working just fine same store NorthLake. Customer Service is not what it use to be so Thank You!
