We felt that she has pretty much outgrown her tablet. Besides that, she can use this laptop throughout most of her elementary and middle school years.

You won't be playing many games with it though. t can probably handle most Google apps, I just wish the touchscreen was detachable.

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software installed on your Chromebook under Settings > About ChromeOS > Check for updates. Also, try doing a hardware reset (visit the following link to learn how to do so: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/3227606?hl=en&sjid=11168473644130281663-NA), which reboots the embedded controller that manages various system components. This can also help correct functionality issues.
