One problem, however, is that the free security software included can't be downloaded to the Chromebook because he has a different email address than the one (mine) that was used to purchase the Chromebook from Best Buy online.

I don’t run too much stuff at once so it works great. I dropped it out of my truck the first day I had it and still works!

My elementary age son absolutely loves the touch screen feature. The speakers are nice and loud so no struggling to hear his lessons. Great little computer.

It is user friendly and her additional Microsoft office package gives her endless possibilities. It is also reasonable prices. The battery life isn't great so I has to buy another cord so she can charge on the go.

The camera takes ok pictures. I love the touchscreen even though sometimes I forget its an option. Overall great laptop i would buy again and I do recommend.

Good starter laptop for kids

It has an option for full parental control and I'm able to lock it all down just from my phone. It's easy for him to use and the battery life is actually insane. He was playing game and watching YouTube for about 8 hours before it actually died. Highly recommend for kids.
