Great chromebook for the price. Bought it for my Mom and the accessibility features made it easier for her to use. Definitely recommended for anyone licking for a simple internet box.

Bought this for my daughter and she really enjoys it. Not super fancy but gets the job done. Right price for the right product. Wasn't looking for all the bells and whistles that we never use and this fit the bill.

It works great so far. My only problems were turning off the narrator and installing Webroot. If I remember correctly it Ctrl+Alt+R to turn the narrator off if anyone else has this problem and I went with the free version of Total AV instead of Webroot.

I always buy Best Buy, but my experience with this Chromebook, has tarnished by longtimem loyalty.....one day, I touched the screen and the screen went black and then lines and discoloration appeared. It was wild. I took it down to Best Buy because it was still under warranty. The store then informed me I had to take it up with Lenovo. Lenovo refused to honor the warranty, saying I must have done something to break the screen even though I sent them photos showing there wasn't a mark on the Chromebook and that I kept it at my desk (I'm a reporter) and I have one for travel and one for desk -- this one never traveled. It's in perfect condition except for the clearly defective screen. I will not be buying Lenovo again.

I love the laptop, was kinda scared at first that it was gonna be slow or i wasn’t going to like it but i love it. It’s touch screen and perfect for what i needed it for.

My kids use it for school work. Worth what I paid!

My grandson loves it , it was for a birthday gift it’s easy for him to do his homework assignments

I returned my Acer Chromebook 314 and replaced with this machine. It is definitely much better looking -- love the blue colour -- but the build quality and performance are essentially the same. The MediaTek Kompanio 500 Series processor was billed as "medium" vs the "budget" Intel Celeron on the Acer, but honestly I do not detect any difference. Also I will note that I have been getting irritating oop-up warnings about 1% battery life remaining, while the battery icon shows full (and I am plugged in). Have only had it for a couple days, but I will likely return.

A Great Bargain for the price, but it has a tendency to be finicky on occasions.

Awesome product. Just what my daughter needed to do her online schoolwork. I love the keyboards on lenovo products. Best buy ususlly has the best price around on chromebooks/ laptops, and i was able to pick up next day..

Great laptop my kids use it for homeschool along with other activities

works great for normal tasks. My son has also played roblox on it, works fine. Noticed when too many tabs are opened or doing too many things at once it would either freeze or lag. Sound quality is kinda horrible and low. Charges fast and screen resolution is not that bad.

It is a great value for the price, and next day delivery.

Easy to set up, bit seems to run a little bit slower than expected.

For the price, and if it worked properly, I might recommend this Chromebook. However, since day one, my device has been defective. My advice, spend a little more and get a real laptop.

Got this for my husband for Christmas to replace a 10 year old Chromebook that finally died. He loves it! It does everything he needs it to do. Streaming, Internet, occasional docs, and blogging.

Its greag the whole experience with best buy and employee. Every once very pleasant and helpful definitely #10

Slow to download. It could be better. It wil do for now
