It's my second Lenovo. The first one was great, but I killed it when I dropped a cup of coffee on it. I wanted a smaller one, but this is the only one that had all the features I wanted. It's slow and occasionally the screen goes black for no reason. Sometimes I can just click on it and sometimes I actually have to do a restart. The worst problem is the sound is VERY low. Even with the volume turned up all the way, it's hard to hear most videos.

To try to remedy this, first, please look for any applicable updates in the “About ChromeOS” tab in system settings. Laptop review

No. I got this laptop on deal and i genuinely would not recommend anyone get it beside on a grand sale. It has poor processing power the often time I find myself waiting for a page to process, opening google docs causes a 5 second lag spike where the browser freezes when doing the same think on my desktop is seamless. Bottom line? Get it on sale or spend some extra to get something better!
