It’s really slow and it wasn’t a very good purchase at all to be honest. I haven’t had a lap top or Chromebook in quite a while, perhaps I was expecting to much, but it’s slow and I don’t particularly like it. I’ve considered returning it because I’m going to purchase a used MacBook for my needs.

We signed in with a new Google account for her and spent time figuring out an email and password. Then every time she wanted to get on the Chromebook, it had her sign in, but then said that her account wasn’t working. After several attempts, I needed to delete that account and redo the whole set up. And the next day it still didn’t work. It has been nothing but a hassle to try and get working.
