Sound is great and picture quality is very good for the price as well. Great little laptop for everyday surfing the web and watching movies.

So far I’ve used it for email, watching videos on YouTube, streaming live TV, online shopping and basic games. Picture quality and sound are excellent. Battery life has exceeded expectations.

I didn't know how to use it because it was my first time using Google Chromebook, but it was user-friendly and easier to use than Windows. As it is a touchscreen, it is easy for anyone to use and enough for Internet searching or simple use. it's a little heavier than I thought but still worth the price.

I can run multiple tabs open and no issues or slowdown ! Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a budget laptop that can handle school and work projects even the battery life is great not heating up the laptop and draining it like other models.
