    I like this laptop because it's touch screen but I don't like that it doesn't come with the Microsoft apps that I need for school and work.

    I do not recommend this laptop. I have been using it for 6 months and I need to buy a new one. The wifi drops constantly and a chromebook has very few features left without internet. The wifi takes a few minutes to reconnect and it is incredibly disrupting when I'm working. I can only run about 8 internet tabs at a time and that is it, the laptop otherwise becomes too slow and stops loading tabs completely. The touch screen is glitchy and often will start ghost clicking and deleting my work. That or the touchscreen doesn't work at all. Even the touchpad gets stuck when clicking it. It often starts glitching and bringing up the files repeatedly and needs to be restarted. I assumed the low price was due to the chromebook having less features than a normal windows computer, but I can't even use the internet smoothly with this. The only good thing about this laptop is that it does have a very long battery life. But otherwise I cannot get anything done on it.

To try to remedy the software side of things, first, please look for any applicable updates in the “About ChromeOS” tab in system settings. After applying these updates, should your issue persist, we recommend trying to complete a powerwash or factory reset to see if this resolves the issue. To complete a reset, here is a link to a Google Support page that details how to reset a Chromebook: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/183084?hl=en. After these steps, if this doesn’t resolve the software issues, we then recommend reaching out to Lenovo Support here: 800-426-7378, and providing a representative with details of your issue, so that they may help by providing a solution for you.
