The products are mediocre and discounts are not applied correctly and the hassle of returning and being charged nearly three times what I was supposed to pay because an employee was in a rush to leave for their date is unacceptable.

I totally regret this purchase! I hesitate to return it because a few of my sensitive passwords are buried in this worthless rock. I feel like I am back on 1996 dial up with this joke of a thing. DONT BUY THIS. I am a VERIFIED purchaser. Who are these "People" that left so many positive review that affected my purchasing decision? I feel scammed. Were they even real people? This is the WORST CHROMEBOOK I HAVE EVER PURCHASED for many reasons and just leave it at that. I'm not wasting any more time with this review or Lenovo heaps of garbage. Dud battery
