We went to your Pleasant Hill store and were thrilled with this finding this Lenovo at such a good price! I is doing well and I love the touch screen!

The laptop is fast, has a great display, and like all chromebooks, easy to use. We only use it for email and the like, and really purchased it for travel, when we want to be able to pay bills and keep in touch with friends and family. It is perfect for that kind of thing, but also can be used for most daily tasks that don't require a lot of storage on board. For example, I wouldn't try to put a word processor or spreadsheet program on it. But for all web-based activity it is fine. I'm not a gamer, so I can't comment on that aspect, but the screen looks quite good.

Top died and I needed something quickly. I was able to order this one get it the next day and was back in business with a laptop for my trip. The reason I ordered this one is it’s light easy to pack and I was able to do a little bit of work. I needed to do while I was on my trip. I can always count on Best Buy. The Chromebook is a no frill computer, but it does the job and I appreciate that

Touch screen works great. The display is crisp. I have had minimal problems web surfing, watching YouTube videos, email etc. I am not a gamer so I can't answer how it performs in that capacity. Several Chrome OS updates have been installed without issues. If I had it to do over again though, I probably spring for 8 gig of RAM
