For what we need this is a perfect solution at a reasonable cost. We are very happy with it. This is the second such computer that has recently been purchased.

Great laptop my kids use it for homeschool along with other activities

It is everything they said it would be, Nice screen, good sound. Keyboard is easy touch. We've had it for 3 week now & used it daily; we're very happy with it.

Works great and is in great condition . Exactly what I needed. Employees were friendly.

Pretty darn good little computer at a reasonable price. The only thing is, it does not have a capital letter lock, and there are no numbers on the right side of the keyboard. Other than that, its pretty good.

A Great Bargain for the price, but it has a tendency to be finicky on occasions.

I always buy Best Buy, but my experience with this Chromebook, has tarnished by longtimem loyalty.....one day, I touched the screen and the screen went black and then lines and discoloration appeared. It was wild. I took it down to Best Buy because it was still under warranty. The store then informed me I had to take it up with Lenovo. Lenovo refused to honor the warranty, saying I must have done something to break the screen even though I sent them photos showing there wasn't a mark on the Chromebook and that I kept it at my desk (I'm a reporter) and I have one for travel and one for desk -- this one never traveled. It's in perfect condition except for the clearly defective screen. I will not be buying Lenovo again.

It is a great value for the price, and next day delivery.

I have mixed reviews. I like it when it’s working. Day two the computer screen turned black and would not light up. You could see the charging indicator light. I had to send it back to Lenovo and I believe it was the motherboard that had to be replaced. I was just disappointed that a couple day old computer already had problems that big and failures. I don’t know a lot about computers. I have a laptop back and it is working well but it’s definitely slower than I would like at times I will say the company did have good customer service, and it seems to be good now .

So far so good! Got this cute laptop for a Christmas gift for my mother, she was ecstatic! She recently took on a teaching job and could really use a laptop.

Started with another store bought laptop, went to bestbuy instead and this was the starter laptop i was looking for. Definitely what i was looking for to start schooling.

This is a great laptop! A little higher in price than i think it should, but adjusting for inflation i believe its spot on!

It’s good definitely recommend for school projects, I’ve had it for a couple months and noticed the keys were getting kinda stuck.

Great product. Useful for a child for school - which is the primary use

Based on the suggestions and advice received from the sales rep, I chose this for my child that was starting high school, but I really regret the option because it’s too simple and slow for the classes, the work and everything else that a teenager does. To him it feels like a toy..
