It’s really slow and it wasn’t a very good purchase at all to be honest. I haven’t had a lap top or Chromebook in quite a while, perhaps I was expecting to much, but it’s slow and I don’t particularly like it. I’ve considered returning it because I’m going to purchase a used MacBook for my needs.

The purchase process however, is far from satisfactory. I returned my old Chromebook for a 45.00$ trade-in allowance as offered by Best buy.A return QR code was received from Bestbuy and I packaged the old laptop and sent it off timely via UPS. Two weeks after sending my Chromebook back, it was returned to me in the same packaging with no explanation or paperwork as to why it was not excepted.
