She is pleased with the size and the speed of this chromebook. Overall it is nothing special just a basic chromebook that fits her needs for school work.

Only thing I don’t like and this may have been my fault is that you can’t download anything Microsoft on it, so no word or PowerPoint. I've owned several Chromebooks over the years and this one get the award for best bang for the buck. Love it.

Bad touchscreen

I really like mine, but the new one's touchscreen wasn't as responsive as it should be. I did a hard reset and power wash and dusted the screen. It would improve, but not for long. I had to return it.
