works so slowly and the keyboard doesn't press easiely its just not worth it and customer service gave me such a hard time returning it

works great for normal tasks. My son has also played roblox on it, works fine. Noticed when too many tabs are opened or doing too many things at once it would either freeze or lag. Sound quality is kinda horrible and low. Charges fast and screen resolution is not that bad.

Got this for my husband for Christmas to replace a 10 year old Chromebook that finally died. He loves it! It does everything he needs it to do. Streaming, Internet, occasional docs, and blogging.

Great purchase my son love the computer he say is good for games

I got this as a Christmas present for my 10-year-old daughter. We signed in with a new Google account for her and spent time figuring out an email and password. Then every time she wanted to get on the Chromebook, it had her sign in, but then said that her account wasn’t working. After several attempts, I needed to delete that account and redo the whole set up. And the next day it still didn’t work. It has been nothing but a hassle to try and get working.

My daughter likes her Chromebook just fine. I wish it was a bit lighter because she is small and has a lot to carry but its definitely great quality. You can feel the excellent quality when you hold it.

The monitor quality isn't as good as a regular laptop. It only has 2 USB ports; having 3 would be better

Great Chromebook that I keep at my bedside for emails and research. Touch of the keys feel great, clarity is great, sound is great. Purchased in a beautiful Steel Blue.

Not happy that it does not have a file system as in windows as not happy that it doesn’t accept my prepurchased Microsoft word.

Amazing Chromebook! I've had Chromebooks since they 1st came out. Usually buy Asus or Acer, but tried this Lenovo because it was on sale & had the specs I wanted. Couldn't be more happy.

This Chromebook is perfect for my son and playing his games! It is easy to navigate and screen is clear. Speaker volume could go up higher but we use Bluetooth speakers and works well!

Freezes often, requiring complete shutdown to restart. Great display quality. Sound is medium quality. Purchased 2 at a great price, but would probably not purchase again. The freezing, requiring restarting, is a real drawback. It causes me to wonder how long they will last.

I always buy Best Buy, but my experience with this Chromebook, has tarnished by longtimem loyalty.....one day, I touched the screen and the screen went black and then lines and discoloration appeared. It was wild. I took it down to Best Buy because it was still under warranty. The store then informed me I had to take it up with Lenovo. Lenovo refused to honor the warranty, saying I must have done something to break the screen even though I sent them photos showing there wasn't a mark on the Chromebook and that I kept it at my desk (I'm a reporter) and I have one for travel and one for desk -- this one never traveled. It's in perfect condition except for the clearly defective screen. I will not be buying Lenovo again.
