What's not to like: a friendly way to navigate: a keyboard where you actually can see the letters and numbers, the resolution crispy clear, and the sound (unlike HP laptops) which I have and I hate it, the speakers on the front and NOT underneath. The size and slimness was a plus love the color having said that the functionality of this Chromebook is Amazing ! It's always fast and reliable every time I've used it for anything from casual web browsing to full on gaming it's always functioned as intended and more importantly is advertised too so it does what it says so that a plus !!

This is a very good laptop. I looked for a long time, then seen this on sale and noticed it was made very well, no plastic. Also liked the features, liked the color of the screen. Also, customer service is like no other. Best buy takes good care of their customers, which in today's world, seems that no one really cares or understands how important this is.

Purchased this computer for my dad and he loves it. Easy to use and touch screen is perfect for somebody who isn’t exactly tech-savvy. Works well for an entry level pc with touch screen and fits basic computing needs well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a basic touch screen PC.
