    This chrome book is great if you know what you're getting. I did not. It was my fault. Putting office on my chrome book took our IT department almost 2 hours. Thats because they don't do chrome books they do computers. This is not a laptop. Again, my fault. This is a quality item with limited capabilities, you just need to know what your buying.

    For what it is it's very good. Bought it to use while my other Chromebook was in for repair. Very bright screen. For most tasks it was fast enough, but it would bog down on web sites with lots of ads. All other stuff was fine, trackpad, keyboard, and chassis firmness. For the price, on sale at about half list, I would recommend it for most not too taxing tasks.
